{"id":4240,"date":"2023-03-02T14:03:27","date_gmt":"2023-03-02T14:03:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uwe.ac.uk\/research-business-innovation\/?p=4240"},"modified":"2023-03-02T14:03:31","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T14:03:31","slug":"professional-development-course-flourishing-at-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uwe.ac.uk\/research-external-engagement\/professional-development-course-flourishing-at-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Professional Development Course: Flourishing at Work"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UWE Bristol are pleased to be offering a new short course, \u201cFlourishing at Work\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an experiential course, facilitated by James Costello, a leading workplace consultant, psychotherapist and trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The course goes beyond a palliative approach to wellbeing, which assumes stress is a failure of someone to cope with an emotionally challenging workplace, offering instead strategies to forget or survive things.
