{"id":1228,"date":"2022-09-07T12:59:34","date_gmt":"2022-09-07T11:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uwe.ac.uk\/leadership-and-change\/?p=1228"},"modified":"2025-05-19T09:35:24","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T08:35:24","slug":"what-works-for-leadership-in-higher-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uwe.ac.uk\/leadership-and-change\/what-works-for-leadership-in-higher-education\/","title":{"rendered":"What works for leadership in higher education?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the past year Professor Richard Bolden, along with colleagues at the University of Bristol, has been conducting a scoping study on \u201cleadership in global higher education\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report, published by Advance HE on 6<sup>th<\/sup> September 2022, presents an overview of insights and findings from 11 round tables and four dissemination and engagement events conducted between October 2021 and March 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These conversations \u201cprovided rich and revealing insights into a turbulent and changing HE landscape\u201d and hold significant implications for effective leadership across the sector.
