Congratulations to our incredible alumni whose hard work and dedication has been recognised in the New Year Honours list 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lucy Driver OBE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lucy Driver <\/strong>(Studied PGCE Primary Early Years) has been awarded Officer of the Order of the British Empire for services to Early Years Education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lucy is Executive Headteacher at St Paul’s Nursery School and Children’s Centre, Bristol, Lead at Bristol and Beyond Regional Early Years Stronger Practice Hub, and Early Years Consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asma Pandor BEM<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Asma Pandor<\/strong> (BSc(Hons) Human Biology and BSc(Hons) Adult Nursing) has been awarded British Empire Medal for services to Nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asma is Lead Admiral Nurse at Dementia UK, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca Salter PRA CBE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca Salter<\/strong> PRA<\/strong> (BA(Hons) 3D Design Ceramics) has been awarded Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rebecca is President of the Royal Academy of Arts.

Hywel Peterson MBE<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Hywel Peterson <\/strong>(BA(Hons) Social Science) has been awarded Member of the Order of the British Empire for Voluntary and Charitable Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long-serving NSPCC volunteer and supporter Hywel Peterson has raised huge sums to support NSPCC Cymru\u2019s work, alongside other charitable work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
